The house is facing foreclosure but it's not even supposed to happen, since we are modifying our payment. Even our lawyer was like... "wtf, the bank and I are already negotiating." It's most likely that the bank probably hasn't told the "people" (lol) that our method of payment is being modified, so we're discussing with the bank, our lawyer, and the company/"people"/w/e, lol. We are scheduled for foreclosure early August, so we have to act fast now, or we'll be on the streets :/ with nothing. Even if we do settle everything, if it's too late, we can't do **** about it.
